Virireader Harry, co-founder of Off The Grid Property Solutions, is an experienced Vice President of Operations, specializing in the Southern California market, including San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, and Riverside counties, including the Coachella Valley. With more than 28 years of experience in the building industry, Virireader's construction expertise includes purchasing, entry-level production, semi-custom production, single-family custom, new construction, commercial and tenant improvements. As part of the senior team for an award-winning builder, she was instrumental in its sales growth from $10 million to more than $100 million. A power-house negotiator with exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, Virireader is known for her impeccable reputation with design consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers alike. She has successfully managed as many as eight active projects simultaneously while maintaining the high standards for which she is known.
